After you have booked your wedding and paid your deposit, you will receive a letter confirming the date and time of your wedding. Your details will have been entered into our files and the church will have been reserved for you. Following this you will not hear anything from us until the January before the date of your wedding.

All couples are sent a Wedding Information Pack at the start of the year in which the wedding is due to take place. The pack contains all the information you need in order to prepare for your wedding. Please read it carefully. You may have questions you wish to ask which you should make a note of.
The pack also contains a letter inviting you to an interview with the Rector at his home when you can discuss your wedding in detail and talk to him about the day. It is a chance for you to get to know him better and for him to find out about you. It is not a test, so don't worry!

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT BOTH OF YOU ATTEND THIS INTERVIEW - PLEASE TRY TO FIT IN WITH THE TIME GIVEN. THE RECTOR IS VERY BUSY, AND IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE.

If, in exceptional circumstances you cannot be there at the time offered, please let us know immediately and we will try to make other arrangements for you.
